Frames - Enclosures - Hinges

Paneltronics can provide frames, enclosures and hinges using the latest technology in various materials and finishes. Decorative aluminum frames are available in two designs, High Profile and Slim. Each Frame is custom made to size and may be used for a single panel, or a combination of panels. Frames may also be hinged for easier installation and service.

High Profile Frame benefits:

Panel is recessed to help prevent from the accidental turning off of circuit breakers in high traffic areas
Installation time is reduced considerably
Frame flange hides possible imperfections in bulkhead cutout
Smoked or clear plexi-glass door may be installed for additional protection
Especially useful on multiple panel installations

Slim Frame benefits:

Provides a low profile mounting
Mounts in smaller areas with only a 7/8” flange
May be hinged for easier installation and future service to the panel
Frame flange hides possible imperfections in bulkhead cutout
Panel is recessed to help prevent from the accidental turning off of circuit breakers in high traffic areas

Enclosures: Corrosion resistant aluminum enclosures are custom made to size. These enclosures provide electrical and mechanical protection to exposed panel backs. Especially useful on larger installations where terminal blocks and bus bars are installed right on the enclosure back plate. Optional wire entry ports are also available.
